Using this site
This website is provided by Svoboda Sanitation Service Inc. for the convenience of our customers and people in our service area. Use it for what it is for: requesting service, paying bills, and reading the rules. Do not try to break the forms or scrape the site.
Service agreements
Specific service terms (pickup schedules, dumpster rental, pricing) are set separately with each customer by phone or in writing. This website does not override those agreements.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. By paying a bill through this site you agree to Stripe's payment terms as well as ours.
Refunds: if you paid the wrong amount or paid a bill that was not yours, call the office and we will get it sorted out. We do not issue refunds for services already completed.
Content accuracy
We try to keep holiday schedules and service area information current. If something on this site conflicts with what we tell you on the phone, go with the phone call.
Warranty disclaimer
The website is provided as-is. We do not guarantee it will be available at all times or that every link will work forever. If something is broken, call the office.
